Floor has more than ten years of experience as an advisor in capital markets communications and reputation management. She is an experienced media coach and trainer and has been advising several of her clients for more than eight years. Floor took care of stakeholder communications in many turnaround, crisis and litigation projects in such areas as labor disputes, internal fraud, corporate restructurings and remuneration issues. Within Citigate First Financial, Floor is responsible for knowledge management to ensure our consultants remain abreast of the latest developments in communication, regulation, accountancy and disclosure and maintain our best-in-class advice and services. Floor gained a degree in Business Administration at the University of Groningen in 2000.
